Tribal Fusion

Alexis' primary style of bellydance is Tribal Fusion, a mesmerising contemporary interpretation of bellydance developed in the USA. Fusing the aesthetics of American Tribal Style with elements of Modern dance, Hip Hop and more, Tribal Fusion is elegant, controlled, powerful, expressive and strong, characterised by sharp isolations and liquid, serpentine movement.

Leave your audience captivated and asking the question... 'How did she do that?!'

Tribal Fusion performances can also include working with props such as finger cymbals and feather fans.

Cabaret

Alexis is also able to create a cabaret style performance for your event. Rooted in the Middle East, this style is what most audiences readily identify as 'bellydance'. Glitzy, glamorous and wonderfully feminine, performances can include working with props such as veils and finger cymbals and audience participation. Alexis was a resident dancer for the Egyptian restaurant 'Alex's Restaurant' in Wolverhampton from 2011-2012.
