Alexis has been producing jewellery for the Tribally Inclined since 2011.
Her work features old and vintage pieces, taking inspiration from multiple time periods and
civilisations to create beautiful pieces that work for the modern era.

Old textiles typical to the tribal way of life adorn her creations; such as Kuchi metal pieces,
Pakistani coins, Turkoman buttons, Coptic crosses and glass Talhakimts. Coupled with nature's
finest productions - pyrite, semi-precious stones, shells; vintage sparkles - buttons, crystals, glass;
20's era cut steel; and unusal found objects - clock parts, old metalwork, bottlecaps,  keys...

All are painstakingly hand-strung, with the finest attention to details. Alexis pours a lot of love into
her designs and creations... being a lover and collector of jewellery for over 10 years, she often finds
it hard to say goodbye to a new piece!

Alexis' designs can be seen adorning the bodies of Tribal bellydancers all over the world.
Previous clients include Wendy Allen (FCBD), Martina Crowe-Hewett, Belladonna, Jesse Stanbridge,
Inga Petermann and Nakari, among many more. She often vends at her dance workshops, as well as
at dance events around the UK and Europe, for example Gothla UK, Infusion Tallinn, Tribal Prague
and Budapest Tribal Festival.

Alexis ships world wide. Italy can be problematic, but we can work something out to get you your piece
- it's been done before, so we can do it again!

necklaces and earrings both for individuals and commisions for very special gifts.

Alexis is able to work within your budget, colour and material preferences and will prepare unique
designs exactly to your specifications. Alternatively, past customers have given Alexis complete
creative freedom to create something for them - providing her with Tumblr blogs and photos of
themselves as inspiration for a very special creation.
